VIGIL is ARRC Global’s cloud-based Mission Intelligence and Decision Support Platform for enterprises planning, developing, operating and expanding critical assets. The platform integrates multi-source intelligence, geospatial analytics and structured risk assessment methodologies to support evidence-based decisions across the Evaluate, Design, Develop, Operate and Expand lifecycle.

Each assessment produces three proprietary indices: Mission Suitability Index (MSI), Mission Confidence Index (MCI) and Mission Resilience Index (MRI).

VIGIL supports sectors including data centres, critical infrastructure, logistics, industrial facilities, commercial real estate and government projects.

The platform is hosted on ISO/IEC 27001-certified infrastructure in Germany. Data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). ARRC Global is implementing an Information Security Management System (ISMS) aligned with ISO/IEC 27001, with privacy practices supporting India’s DPDP Act, 2023.
