Workalizer analyzes how work happens in Google Workspace. After a Workspace administrator authorizes the app, Workalizer fetches usage and audit-log metadata via official Google Admin / Workspace APIs and produces dashboards, reports, and AI-assisted insights on collaboration, meetings, adoption, and performance patterns.
What the service processes. Activity metadata from Gmail, Drive, Meet, Chat, Calendar, and Gemini (counts, events, timestamps, and similar signals). It does not access or store email bodies, document contents, or chat messages.
Deployment model. Multi-tenant SaaS on Hetzner Cloud in Falkenstein, Germany (FSN1), fronted by Cloudflare. Environments: development, staging, production. Deployments use GitHub Actions CI/CD with PR review and Dependabot. Database backups run daily to Hetzner Storage; restore is tested monthly.
Shared responsibility. Customers control Google Workspace admin consent, lawful basis, and who may use Workalizer. InfoHub Works (CSP) operates the application, hosting, TLS in transit, application-level encryption at rest, logging (90-day retention), and incident response (CTO on-call).
Assurance scope. This STAR Level 1 CAIQ covers the Workalizer SaaS offering described above.
