Sitecore Experience Cloud

Sitecore Experience Cloud is a term used to describe overall set of Sitecore’s cloud-based solutions and capabilities for content management, commerce, digital marketing tools, and omnichannel delivery with the ability to leverage rich data and machine learning-generated insights. Sitecore Experience Cloud represents the following on the cloud: Sitecore® Experience Manager™, Sitecore® Experience Platform™, and Sitecore Experience Commerce™. Additionally, Sitecore leverages cloud technologies to deliver (a) Email Cloud, an email delivery service used by customers for email campaigns; and (b) Customer Experience Service, a device detection service.
