STAR Registry Listing for
The Dx Voice Automation Platform
The Dx Voice Automation Platform
The Dx Voice Automation Platform is a cloud-hosted service for running AI voice agents over the telephone network. It places and receives calls on a customer's behalf, holds a spoken conversation in the customer's chosen languages, and records structured outcomes such as restock orders, account feedback, and qualified leads for handoff to human teams.
The service is delivered as a web application with an administrative console for campaign configuration, call review, and reporting. Customers supply account and contact data, configure call logic and scheduling, and retrieve outcomes through the console or by export.
The platform is cloud-native and serverless, running on managed hosting, database, edge, telephony, and speech providers rather than infrastructure operated by The Dx. Production and development environments are separated, and each customer is segregated by deployment, database, credentials, and domain.
Calls may be recorded and transcribed. Recordings and transcripts are access-controlled by role, retained for defined periods, and removable through documented export and deletion paths. Provider and data-flow relationships are maintained in a subprocessor register, and control ownership between The Dx, its customers, and its providers is documented in a shared-responsibility model.
