VantaWeb provides an AI-powered receptionist (voice, SMS, and chat) that answers calls, books and confirms appointments, and captures leads for small and service-based businesses. The service is delivered as SaaS on dedicated cloud infrastructure in the United States, fronted by a global CDN and web application firewall. Security controls include TLS encryption in transit, authenticated encryption for backups at rest, continuous database write-ahead-log archiving with point-in-time recovery and off-site copies, least-privilege containerized services, and CI/CD-gated deployments with automated vulnerability scanning. Payments are processed by Stripe (PCI DSS SAQ A). Data protection is governed by a published Privacy Policy, Data Processing Agreement, sub-processor list, and retention policy.
