VerbaPulse is a pre-send communication risk tool for regulated organisations. An Outlook add-in and a browser extension check a draft email while it is being written, point out wording that may carry a compliance, confidentiality or reputational risk, and suggest an alternative phrasing. The writer decides what is sent.

Data handling - Hosted on Microsoft Azure in the EU (Sweden Central); analysis runs on Azure OpenAI in the same region. - Draft text is analysed in memory and is not stored by default; the event log keeps metadata only (risk type, severity, action, department). - Customer administrators see department-level reporting; no per-person reports are produced. - Service secrets are held in Azure Key Vault with access logging.
