Cloud Security LIVE 2026: Building Trust in the Age of AI-Driven Threats

The cloud security landscape isn't getting simpler. AI is reshaping how organizations build and operate, attack surfaces are expanding beyond traditional boundaries, and the pressure on security leaders to communicate risk, not just manage it,  has never been higher.

Cloud Security LIVE 2026 is Orca Security's free virtual summit designed for the leaders navigating all of it. On May 12, from 8:30 to 11:30 AM PT, some of the most prominent voices in cloud security will share how they're making real decisions, building resilience, and leading through uncertainty.

Here's a look at what's on the agenda.

Keynote – Trust by Design: Leading a Cultural & Technical Rebirth in the Age of AI

Erika Voss, CISO, Blue Yonder

Few topics are harder to talk about than recovering from a security incident, and few people are better positioned to talk about it than Erika Voss. In this keynote, she draws from her firsthand experience navigating two real-world incidents at Blue Yonder, sharing how her team stabilized quickly, rebuilt organizational trust, and came out stronger on the other side. Expect a candid conversation about leading through crisis, communicating with boards and executives, and why culture is just as critical as the technical response.

Session #1 – AI on Both Sides: Securing and Running AI in the Cloud

Gil Geron, CEO & Co-Founder, Orca Security · Brian Gatta, GVP Specialty Sales, Zscaler · Jim Reavis, CEO, Cloud Security Alliance

AI is simultaneously one of the most powerful tools available to security teams and one of the most significant new risks they have to manage. This session brings together three industry leaders to explore both sides of that equation. How to secure AI systems, models, and pipelines, while also leveraging AI to improve detection and response. It's one of the most important conversations in security right now, and this panel puts the right people in the room to have it.

Session #2 – Beyond the Perimeter: Mastering Third-Party & Software Risk

Gus Evangelakos, VP of Global Sales Engineering, Orca Security · Mike Behrmann, Director of Cyber Resiliency, Chainguard · Alex Burrage, Director of Product Security, Chainguard

Your security posture is only as strong as the third-party ecosystems connected to it. This session tackles the growing challenge of software supply chain risk, open source dependencies, and SaaS integrations, as well as how security leaders can build meaningful visibility and control without creating friction for development teams. As AI-driven supply chain threats continue to evolve, the conversation around continuous trust and automated validation is becoming impossible to ignore.

Session #3 – Leadership Panel: Real-World Decisions on AI and Cloud Risk

Tumraj Gill, Head of Security Architecture, Global Insurance Provider · George Erhorn, Director of Security Engineering, Autodesk

This is the session for leaders who are done with theory and want to hear how peers are actually making calls. Two senior security leaders from Autodesk and a global insurance provider will get candid about how they evaluate AI adoption, separate meaningful risk signals from noise, and make security outcomes legible to the broader business. Moderated by Ashish Rajan, host of the Cloud Security Podcast, this one will be worth sticking around for.

Session #4 – From “Zero Breach” to “Zero Impact”: Rethinking Resilience

Ariel Parnes, Co-Founder & COO, Mitiga · Tim Chase, Field CISO, Orca Security

The industry has spent years chasing zero breach. In 2026, that goal is increasingly unrealistic, and clinging to it may actually be making organizations less resilient. Ariel Parnes and Tim Chase make the case for a new model: Zero Impact. The focus shifts from prevention alone to forensic readiness, faster investigation, and limiting real-world damage when something does happen. If your incident response strategy hasn't been revisited recently, this session is a good reason to start.
