CSA Corporate Membership Agreement – Solution Providers (Startup)

Mission Statement

To promote the use of best practices for providing security assurance within Cloud Computing and provide education on the uses of Cloud Computing to help secure all other forms of computing.

Terms & Benefits

• Fees: $5,000 USD on an annual basis.
• Logos & Company Mention: Company logo, name and URL to be listed on CSA Corporate Member page.
• Education: Company receives 2 licenses to the CSA Knowledge Center with test tokens to allow employees to achieve the Certificate of Cloud Security Knowledge (CCSK).
• Marketing: Company receives exclusive access to author CSA blogs, advance notice of event sponsorship and speaking opportunities, and other marketing benefits as outlined in the CSA Startup guide.
• CSA Logo Usage: Member can use CSA corporate member logo on its own marketing materials.
• Startup Mentoring Forum: Customer receives accessibility to collaborate with peers within the startup membership community and learn from leading cloud security experts.
• Targeted Research & Educational Initiatives: Member may propose research initiatives and related projects to be conducted under the auspices of the CSA, which will be "Co-Branded" Member-CSA research. Additional fees may apply for research costs depending upon the specific initiative.
• Participation: Company is not required to participate in research and CSA event attendance is considered to be optional.
• Payment: Company will be invoiced at Net 30 terms upon receipt of signed agreement, or membership fee can be processed through VISA/MC/AMEX. Company will be publicly listed as a member and may only announce its membership upon receipt of payment.
