ARTEC provides EMA, an independent archiving solution designed to preserve, protect, and make business data easy to search and access outside of the live Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace environment.

EMA is commonly used for email archiving, giving organizations a centralized, searchable archive for current and historical messages while supporting retention, legal hold, compliance, investigations, and eDiscovery. Users can also be given secure access to search their own archived email through Outlook, web, or mobile, while IT, Legal, Compliance, and executive teams can have broader archive access.

Beyond email, EMA can also archive Microsoft Teams messages, SharePoint, OneDrive, Google Workspace data, files, and legacy or on-premises content. This allows organizations to consolidate multiple data types into one independent archive instead of relying on separate systems or data that remains tied to the production tenant.

EMA can be deployed in the cloud or on premises and is designed to provide long-term retention, fast search, centralized access, and greater control over business-critical information.
