Ata Server provides cloud infrastructure, virtual private servers, and web hosting services for businesses and individual customers. Services include virtualized compute resources, cPanel hosting, backup and recovery, and infrastructure management. Its infrastructure is distributed across three datacenter locations, with high-availability capabilities, redundant power and network connectivity, and encrypted inter-datacenter communications. Security practices include role-based access control, multi-factor authentication for administrative access, security monitoring, vulnerability reviews, controlled changes, and incident notification. Backup retention, recovery arrangements, and workload security responsibilities are defined according to the selected service and customer agreement.
