chlubaEngineering is an owner-operated Swiss engineering practice based in Zurich, focused on AI automation, system integration and cloud infrastructure for established SMEs in manufacturing, distribution and e-commerce. Rather than replacing existing landscapes, we connect and stabilise them: ERP, shop, machine and line-of-business systems joined through clean interfaces, recurring processes automated end to end, and AI agents that take on real work instead of returning suggestions. Typical projects range from RAG-based knowledge systems and autonomous agents to identity provisioning, SSO, monitoring and custom integrations. Our own product, stillhere, preserves the expertise of departing employees as a queryable knowledge profile with source citations.
