GuestLume is a cloud-based AI guest-assistant platform for independent hotels. Guests reach it via a web chat opened through an in-room QR code (with optional WhatsApp support), asking questions, reporting issues, and requesting amenities or room service in their own language — the assistant detects and replies in whatever language the guest types. Staff manage and route all guest requests through a web-based dashboard.

GuestLume is built on modern cloud infrastructure, including SOC 2–certified subprocessors, and is pursuing CSA STAR Level 1 (CAIQ) self-assessment to give hotel security and procurement teams a standardized way to evaluate its data-handling and security practices.
