TransVoix is controlled, auditable, real-time AI voice-translation infrastructure for enterprise contact centers. We let two people who don't share a language — or a person and an AI voice agent — hold a natural, near-real-time conversation, translated turn by turn in each speaker's own voice rather than a generic synthetic one.

Because voice is biometric data and these conversations are regulated and consequential, TransVoix is built from the ground up to be controlled, consented, and auditable:

  • Consent by design — per-participant, per-session affirmative consent for recording and voice cloning, captured fresh each session.
  • Append-only audit trail — every consent grant and revocation, and every privileged data access, is recorded.
  • Tenant isolation — row-level security with default-deny access and per-tenant data segregation.
  • Encryption — TLS 1.2+ in transit, AES-256 at rest under keys we control.
  • Data minimization — audio and full transcripts are not persisted by default; recording is opt-in and consent-gated, with configurable retention and automated purge.

Compliance: HIPAA-aligned (BAA available for covered engagements); GDPR, BIPA, and CCPA-aligned as a data processor. This CSA STAR Level 1 self-assessment documents our current security posture, and we are actively pursuing SOC 2 Type 2 attestation.

TransVoix runs on audited cloud infrastructure and is a US-based company.
