Workalizer is a SaaS analytics platform for Google Workspace. It turns existing Gmail, Drive, Meet, Chat, Calendar, and Gemini usage and audit metadata into dashboards and insights for managers, HR, IT, and leadership.

Data & privacy. Access is only via official Google Admin / Workspace APIs with admin-authorized scopes. Workalizer does not read email, file, or chat content. InfoHub Works Limited is the processor; the customer remains the controller. See our public Data Access, Privacy, and GDPR pages.

Security & hosting. Hosted on Hetzner Cloud in Falkenstein, Germany (FSN1), with Cloudflare at the edge. Controls include TLS in transit, application-level encryption at rest, GitHub Actions CI/CD (dev/staging/production), PR approval, Dependabot, daily DB backups to Hetzner Storage with monthly restore tests, and production access limited to the CTO with 2FA. Secrets live in GitHub Secrets. Team size ~7.

Assurance. This CSA STAR Level 1 CAIQ self-assessment supports vendor transparency. We do not yet hold SOC 2 or ISO 27001.
