Head in the clouds, feet on the ground.

Even before the pandemic, people were losing the ability to be in the moment. Future generations will ask what it was like living through the COVID-19 Pandemic and for many it’s been terrible, with anxiety and depression levels rocketing…… but this could also be the biggest opportunity we will ever have to make positive change. In a time when people needed to stay apart to come together, we’ve been forced to think about our fellow humans.  It’s this perspective shift that, when implemented into our industry, can solve many issues from the skills gap and lack of diversity, to the long hours and high pressure environments.  This talk will focus on what we’ve learned from this pandemic, what actions we can put in place and the positive outcomes we could see within our business, teams and colleagues.
