Operationalizing the Agentic Control Plane: Integrating the Agentic Trust Framework
Open Until: 07/10/2026
The CSA Agentic Control Plane (ACP) defines the governance framework through which Agent Owners orchestrate and govern AI agents, and this paper shows how integrating the Agentic Trust Framework (ATF) implements that vision. ATF applies Zero Trust principles to autonomous agents across five core elements and a four-level maturity model (Intern → Junior → Senior → Principal) through which agents earn greater autonomy by demonstrating trustworthiness. Together, they form a layered governance stack — the CSA reference architecture provides structure, the ACP provides governance direction, ATF provides the Zero Trust operating model, and frameworks like MAESTRO identify the risks ATF's controls must address.
