Updated Telecom Working Group Charter Available for Review

May 26, 2011 – The Cloud Security Alliance would like to announce that a draft of the updated Telecom Working Group (TWG) Charter is now available for review. The new charter re-defines the scope of the TWG to allow more differentiation and synergy with the Security as a Service (SecaaS – Work Group 9) Working Group. Our goal is to provide direct influence on how to deliver secure cloud solutions and foster cloud awareness within all aspects of Telecommunications. We need smart, motivated volunteers and team leaders who are committed to review the charter and contribute to this working group. You can download the new charter by clicking on the following link: https://cloudsecurityalliance.org/research/working-groups/telecom-working-group/ Our first meeting will be Thursday, June 2 at 8 am PDT to address any input you may have and talk about next steps. If you would like to be a member of the working group and receive invites to monthly calls, please send your email address (Subject line: Telecom WG) to [email protected] and we will make sure to include you in the invite.
