Dr. Victor Monga is a seasoned cybersecurity executive and technologist with over 21 years of experience building and leading security programs across Fortune 500 companies, U.S. government entities, defense contractors, and mid-sized organizations. He currently serves at Virtually Testing Foundation and has held key security leadership roles at the U.S. Air Force contractor ecosystem, major film studios, VMware, and Palo Alto Networks.

Dr. Monga holds degrees in Computer Science and Business Administration, legal training, and over 70 industry certifications—including CISSP, CEH, CCSK, AWS, and SANS/GIAC credentials.

He chairs the Cloud Security Alliance LA/SoCal Chapter, is a past President of the ISACA Orange County Chapter, and hosts the Zero Trust Journey podcast. A frequent keynote speaker and thought leader, he contributes to global initiatives including the CSA AI Controls Matrix and Zero Trust CCZT study groups. Dr. Monga is widely recognized as a trusted voice in Zero Trust strategy, cybersecurity program development, and collaborative ecosystem building.
