DocuSign offers the Services as a set of cloud-based applications and application programming interfaces (“APIs”) that enable organizations to manage document-based transactions digitally. These services streamline inefficient operations which allow organizations to automate and digitize business processes. Organizations upload documents into the platform and define a workflow of users who either update and sign these documents or receive copies of signed documents. After sending these documents, the Services manages and certifies the delivery of these documents to users.
