ETT is digital creative industry and a cloud service provider that designs and develops informative system for management and monitoring of big data and metadata. It is part of the SCAI group (www.grupposcai.it). ETT develops and manages ICT projects, web portals, mobile apps, databases, web GIS and forecast portals and applications for marine and ocean data information systems. The responsible use of digital technologies has allowed the migration, from physical to virtual, of many of the Public Administration’s services by experimenting with new ways of communication and support to citizens. It is therefore necessary to focus not only on the rules of social distancing imposed by legislation and common sense but also on the need for efficiency, given by the use of solutions and tools, that can bring citizens and PA closer together, improving communication, coordination, optimising the delivery of services and governing the switchover paradigm. The PA Solutions are designed to integrate a multi-channel communication strategy with the digitalization of the services of the Government. Thanks to its experience in collecting data relating to the environment, ETT has long been involved by the scientific community in the design, implementation and continuous updating of the EMODNET Physics platform.
