Since its establishment in Senigallia, Italy, in 1990, Pluservice srl has as its sole mission the development of information systems for mobility, entirely designed, implemented and maintained by the internal staff of the company which today has 200. In 2017, Pluservice established myCicero srl, as a spin-off of the activities that in previous years had created the app with the same name. Today it is the most widespread (over 3 million registered users) and most appreciated app by digital store customers, and it integrates the services of over 500 mobility operators. Year 2020 reveals the acquisition of the majority of Pluservice’s share capital by Mooney (partnership between SisalPay and the bank Intesa Sanpaolo) to support the investments in innovation necessary to maintain the competitive advantage acquired in the offer of account based ticketing solutions, also with post-payment and best-fares logics, with the ultimate goal of creating the national MaaS ecosystem.
