Il portale messo a disposizione da Robyone fornisce supporto agli Enti pubblici per ricevere e gestire le richieste di atti da parte dei cittadini relative ad accesso documentale (legge 241/1990), civico o generalizzato (decreto 97/2016). Prevede sia una pagina pubblica nel quale i cittadini possono compilare i dati e inviare le richieste, sia una parte riservata dove il personale dell'Ente tracciare lo stato dei procedimenti legati alle richieste pervenute e inserire manualmente quelle provenienti da altri mezzi.
