REALGIMM

REALGIMM, by SCAI Consulting, is a iWMS platform that allows you to manage all facility-related property processes using a single tool. REALGIMM is constantly releasing new features and has recently been integrated with Edificius, a market-leading BIM tool that spans the entire property life cycle. REALGIMM will soon boast additional IoT integration aimed at optimising processes to promote better energy management. REALGIMM can handle a large number of real estate assets, as demonstrated by the success story of Poste Italiane, where REALGIMM has been adopted since 2008, and currently there are about 17,000 properties registered in the system, of which 8,000 branches, with the complete coverage of the entire national territory. 4.5 million square meters managed, with more than 300,000 plants and 600 building-plant maintenance companies.
