Cloud Infrastructure Division (CID) NTT-CI’s CID comprises managed hosting, managed virtualization, cloud services, and the supporting resources that include global data center infrastructure operations, applications, end-user services, and product development. The CID is responsible for supporting the cloud infrastructure services (CIS) and global private cloud (GPC) platforms.

CIS Platform - Public Cloud NTT Ltd signed a MSA with Microsoft to move all current CIS Public Cloud clients to Microsoft Azure. We are committed to providing valuable core services that will ensure success not only as part of the migration, but after the transition is complete. NTT Ltd. provides the assurance that clients need to have continual success with their Azure deployments and other NTT Ltd IT and cloud services. These core services include Migration, monitoring, security, backup, reporting services that provide foundational cloud environment readiness and operational maturity - serving as a baseline for specialized cloud managed services that will scale and conform to any workload needs. These services are available to existing clients who are being migrated from our multi-tenant MCP and ECL platforms on to Azure as part of our Microsoft Transformation Program.
