The service proposed by e-Mentor is a Learning Management System (LMS), based on the Moodle Framework and a number of plugins, add-ons and components open source and developed by e-Mentor that allows to manage in cloud mode, structured, flexible and customizable training plans.
Through the cloud solution offered by e-Mentor it is possible to manage:
- the definition of training paths
- the collection of training needs
- the creation and planning of course sessions to be delivered and subsequent modifications and updates
- the management of invitations to participants and teachers to courses and their acceptance
- the activation and execution of the courses
- the management and tracking of attendance at courses
- the management of the delivery of participant evaluation questionnaires (hot)
- the transfer of data to the SAP HR system
- the production of reports for subsidized finance
- the production of corporate reporting
- the management of the course

The service is available through a monthly subscription that can be activated based on user packages.
