La Piattaforma Esseti Whistleblowing è finalizzata a rispondere alla normativa derivante dal decreto legislativo del 10 marzo 2023, n. 24, recante attuazione della direttiva (UE) 2019/1937 del Parlamento europeo e del Consiglio, del 23 ottobre 2019 che introduce la nuova disciplina del whistleblowing in Italia, entrata in vigore il 30 marzo 2023.
Permette la gestione delle segnalazioni interne all’Azienda o all’Ente garantendo la riservatezza dell’identità del whistleblower tramite crittografia dei dati.
La Piattaforma Esseti Whistleblowing proposta è stata creata basandosi sul codice sorgente del progetto GlobaLeaks, un software di whistleblowing libero ed open-source che utilizza la Licenza AGPL, rispondente a tutti i requisiti conformi allo Standard ISO 37002, alla Direttiva EU 2019/1937 e al Regolamento Generale sulla Protezione dei Dati (GDPR).
