SPNT DOOEL Skopje is a European cybersecurity company headquartered in Skopje, North Macedonia. The company develops and operates the SPNT | Serpentine platform — a unified security operations system consolidating detection, hardening, exploit verification, and compliance governance for security teams that have outgrown the integration overhead of point tools. SPNT was founded to address a structural problem in the cloud security market: most enterprise security architectures depend on integrating 8–15 disconnected point tools, each with its own data store, alert vocabulary, and operational silo. The SPNT platform consolidates these capabilities onto a single shared data layer, operated from European Union infrastructure with EU data residency by default. The company serves CISOs, security architects, and compliance leads across financial services (NIS2, DORA), critical infrastructure, the EU public sector, and SaaS organizations with structured security and sovereignty requirements. A published Trust Center and Data Processing Agreement support procurement review at Enterprise and Sovereign tiers. SOC 2 Type II audit is in progress with target completion Q4 2026.
