OpenProQre

OpenProQre is the platform for the telematic management of lists of economic operators and tender procedures, for the award of public contracts. The platform implements the regulatory provision art. 22 of Directive 2014/24 / EU, which introduced mandatory provisions (Article 40 of Legislative Decree 50/2016) and which provides for the obligation to use electronic means of communication in carrying out award procedures. The procedure is aimed at encouraging the collection of needs, the centralized management of the supplier register and an evaluation system, the purchasing portal and the interface with other information systems (SAP, SIMOG, etc …), reporting and monitoring.
